Fill the Canteen
This is a short quest that actually opens the way to a larger quest.
There's a boy in the northern part of the Division Desert that is VERY thirsty.
He gives you a canteen, and asks you to fill it up.
All you have to do is stand in water and press the F button.
Take the filled canteen back to the boy.
(NOTE: Check your inventory to be sure it is filled.)
Quest done (but he gives you a very useful hint for a later quest).
